According to TMZ, Justin's legal team sent a letter threatening BreatheHeavy.com, the original source of the now-infamous photoshop GIF, with a defamation lawsuit. Justin's team claimed the "before" image BreatheHeavy posted was a fake and they wanted a retraction of their claims. After some cajoling, BreatheHeavy finally agreed.
