We Were There As Students In Valparaiso, Indiana Rallied Against The Religious Freedom Law

On March 26, Indiana’s Governor Mike Pence signed the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, which has the potential to let businesses deny LGBT patrons, among other minority groups. Since then, everyone from Apple’s Tim Cook, to NASCAR, Walmart, and even Satanists have expressed both surprise and disappointment over this controversial new law. And as soon as they could, students at Valparaiso University in northwest Indiana, began planning their own response.
